Training Courses

Payment Terms

  1. In all cases payment is required not less than one week prior to the course.
  2. BTP reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee should payment not have been received.
  3. In such situations responsibility for any costs or losses incurred by delegates is the delegates.

Cancellation, Substitution and Rescheduling

  1. Refunds cannot be provided, where confirmation of the place has been provided.
  2. BTP reserve the right to amend the programme for any training seminar.
  3. BTP reserve the right to cancel any seminar where the delegate numbers are insufficient.
  4. Substitution of delegates may be made at any time without penalty or charge.

Venue and Facilities

  1. BTP reserves the right to change the venue in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  2. Delegates will be provided with notes during seminars unless notified in advance of the seminar.
  3. No liability is accepted for any loss or damage caused to delegates property whilst attending any training seminar.

Online Training

  1. Client login’s are for use of the client company and employees only.
  2. Delegate logins are for a single user only.
  3. Login names and passwords must be kept secret and not be communicated to any third party. BTP must be notified immediately if they are compromised.
  4. Any attempt to breach the security of any machine is forbidden. Attempting to do so will result in immediate account termination and possible further legal action.
  5. It is a condition of subscribing to the Online Training (whether free or through subscription) that users explicitly consent to receiving direct marketing material from BTP, or associated businesses.
  6. You may opt out of receiving this material at any time by sending an email to: cancel@compliance-matters.co.uk.

Acceptable Use

  1. We have adopted a philosophy that assumes the honesty and good intent of our subscribers; therefore our services are provided in as unrestricted a manner as possible to allow users to obtain greater benefits.
