Compliance Matters Solutions gather and process your personal information in accordance with this privacy notice and in compliance with the relevant data protection Regulation and law. This notice provides you with the necessary information regarding your rights and obligations, and explains how, why and when we collect and process your personal data.

Compliance Matters takes great care to ensure that the information it holds about you meets legal, statutory and contractual obligations and to provide you with our products and services.  This includes having appropriate procedures and practices in place to ensure your personal information is protected.  We will never collect any unnecessary personal data from you and do not process your information in any way other than already specified in this notice.

Compliance Matters need to process your personal information in order to send information to you; this might include information that may be of interest regarding our products, services, business updates or vacancies within the company.  We will always obtain your explicit consent in order to send this information to you.

We may process your information as part of our legal obligation for business accounting and tax purposes.

What if I decide I do not wish for my personal information to be used?

If at any point you change your mind, you can ask for your details to be deleted by contacting us.

Compliance Matters uses third parties to provide the below services and business functions. However, all processors acting on our behalf only process your data in accordance with instructions from us and comply fully with this privacy notice.

This includes external third party service providers such as accountants, auditors, legal advisors and other outside professional advisors; IT systems support and hosting service providers; technical engineers; data storage and cloud providers; internal reporting software providers  and other similar third party vendors and outsourced service providers that assist us in carrying out our business activities.

International Transfers of Personal Information

Personal information which you supply to us is generally stored and kept inside the European Economic Area.  However, due to the nature of the technologies required, your personal information may be transferred to third party service providers outside the EEA.  In such situations, Omni transfer the minimum amount of data necessary, anonymise it where possible and enter legal contracts to aim to ensure those third parties handle your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy and European levels of data protection.

We work hard to protect you and your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have several layers of security measures in place.

How long will you keep hold of my information?

Compliance Matters only ever retains information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations.

Compliance Matters only process your personal information in compliance with this privacy notice and in accordance with the relevant data protection laws. If, however you wish to raise a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data or are unsatisfied with how we have handled your information, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – ICO.
